Qualifications:  BA in English from Birmingham-Southern College, MA in English from UAH, Ed.S in Teacher Leader from UWA, NBCT

Teaching Experience: 20 years (so far) at CHS, 27 years adjunct and/or dual enrollment at Wallace State, A+ College Ready Presenter, 5 years as an AP Literature and Composition Exam Reader

Current Teaching Assignments: AP Literature and Composition (12th Grade), Honors English (10th Grade), Yearbook Adviser

Family: Married to Jeff Burroughs, 3 grown kids: Jesse Burroughs, Libby Burroughs, and Kacy Patterson
